Services

We offer a variety of services to our guests:  

• Pick-up from Göreme Bus Station:  If you are arriving to Cappadocia by bus, when you get to Goreme Bus Station, please ask the Information Center to call us.  We will than pick you up with pleasure.  This is a free service offered by our hotel. 

 Attention: When you buy your bus ticket to Goreme, please make sure your bus ticket shows Göreme as destination, and do not get off the bus in Nevsehir City (unless you are asked to change busses). 

• Airport Shuttle:  There are two airports in Cappadocia; Kayseri Airport (ASR) and Nevsehir Airport (NAV). Coming from Kayseri takes about 1 hour and from Nevsehir about 45 minutes to Mithra Cave Cappadoica. Shuttle Bus service to Mithra Cave from both Nevsehir and Kayseri Airports exist for all domestic flights. The rate of this service is 25 Turkish Liras per person and per way. The shuttle service is from airport to hotel and vice verse.  For arrivals, your driver will be waiting for you at the exit gate of the airport, holding a sign bearing your name. Even if your flight is delayed, it will be waiting for you. 

How to book Airport Shuttles? Please send us an email (at [email protected]) with your transfer requested flight number and number of people coming. We will book your transfer and confirm it by email. 

• FREE Wi-Fi Access:  We offer free wi-fi access in our common areas/ terraces and in guest rooms.  Please note that wi-fi signal could be weak in some rooms due to thick walls of cave rooms. 
• Television:  All rooms at Mithra Cave Hotel have flat screen TV’s with channels in a variety of languages.
